The North Carolina Institute of Minority Economic Development (the Institute) created the Plan & Resource Centers of North Carolina (PRC-NC) program to support its mission to promote and sustain small business development by building the asset base of limited resource populations through research and information, education and training, and business development.

PRC-NC Mission

The mission of the Plan & Resource Centers of North Carolina is to provide access to resources and construction project opportuntities to small, minority, and women-owned businesses in North Carolina by eliminating barriers in the trade areas of construction.
